Los Cristianos is a convenient place to start your adventure. After pickup or meeting us in Adeje, we travel to the suitable takeoff area. Standard, Performance and Acrobatic flights are usually flown from Taucho; the Ifonche High Mountain flight follows a different mountain route when conditions permit.
The flight area is around Adeje, rather than directly over Los Cristianos. Your pilot chooses the takeoff, route and authorised landing area according to wind and safety conditions on the day.

Enjoy mountain and coastal views while your pilot guides the flight. The route depends on the conditions.
Landing and return
We land in an authorised area and return you to the agreed pickup or meeting point.

Paragliding from Los Cristianos: what to know
Do the flights take off in Los Cristianos?
No. Los Cristianos is an eligible pickup area for selected departures. We usually fly from Taucho above Costa Adeje or from the Ifonche area, depending on the flight and conditions. The pilot confirms the final flying site.
Is pickup in Los Cristianos included?
Yes, when it is available for your selected morning departure and confirmed with our team. For other flight times, you can meet us at the Playa de la Enramada car park in Adeje. We provide the exact pickup point and time after booking.
How long should I allow for the whole experience?
Allow around two to three hours from pickup to your return, depending on the flight, traffic, weather and the day's operations. The time in the air is usually planned for 15–20 or 20–30 minutes, depending on the flight selected.
Will we land on the beach or fly over Los Cristianos?
Neither is guaranteed. Our flights operate in the Adeje area, and the pilot chooses the route and authorised landing area according to the conditions on the day.
Can I fly if I have never tried paragliding?
Yes. All four flights can be a first tandem experience. Your pilot controls the paraglider; you follow the briefing and help by taking a few steps during takeoff and landing.
What happens if the weather prevents the flight?
If Overfly cancels because flying conditions are unsuitable, you can reschedule or receive a full refund. You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the activity, subject to the conditions of your booking.
Are photos and videos included?
No. The GoPro photo and video pack is optional and can be added when you book or purchased after the flight.
