We travel to the flying site, fit your helmet and harness and check all equipment before take-off.

Take-off and tandem flight
Your pilot controls the paraglider throughout the flight. Airtime, altitude and route depend on the flight you choose and the conditions on the day.

Landing and return
We land in an authorised area and take you back to the meeting point or confirmed pick-up area.
The full activity usually takes around 90 minutes for Costa Adeje flights and around 120 minutes for Ifonche High Mountain. Timing can vary with weather, traffic and the day's operations.

Weather decides where and how we fly
Sunshine in Costa Adeje does not guarantee that a particular take-off site can be used. Wind, cloud, visibility and the forecast trend determine the site, route and whether the activity can operate safely.

Which flight is the most popular?
Costa Adeje Performance is our most popular flight. Like Standard, Ifonche High Mountain and Acrobatic, it can be your first tandem experience. Do I need previous experience?
No. Your tandem pilot controls the paraglider. Before take-off you receive a clear briefing; you only need to follow the pilot's instructions and help during take-off and landing.
Is the stated flight time guaranteed?
Published flight times are indicative: Standard and Acrobatic are planned for 15–20 minutes, while Performance and Ifonche High Mountain are planned for 20–30 minutes. Actual airtime depends on the weather, and safety always comes first.
Where do the flights take off from?
Standard, Performance and Acrobatic flights usually take off from Taucho, above Costa Adeje. Ifonche High Mountain departs from the Ifonche area at around 1,000 m. The final site is confirmed according to wind, cloud and the conditions observed by the pilot on the day.
What happens if we cannot fly?
If Overfly has to cancel because of the weather, you can reschedule or receive a full refund. When the forecast is uncertain, the team contacts you on WhatsApp.
Are photos and videos included?
They are not included in the base price. Your pilot can record around 70–80 photos and 3–5 HD GoPro videos. You can add the media pack online at a discount or buy it after landing.
